The Role
We are recruiting a Senior Product Marketing Manager.
This is a key role at the intersection of product, market, and internal teams. The position requires a genuine interest in the industrial sector and close, ongoing collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, as well as regular contact with industrial clients.
Beyond operational responsibilities, this role will actively contribute to strengthening and disseminating Product Marketing best practices within the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Be the market, customer, and product expert
- Be an expert on our offerings, industry trends, and competition to refine our positioning.
- Monitor and analyze product, win/loss, and go-to-market performance data.
- Work closely with Product teams to integrate market and customer feedbacks and influence the roadmap.
- Messaging & Positioning
- Collaborate with the product team to understand the “why” behind each feature and define value propositions and messaging for different product components.
- Contribute to defining Fabriq’s positioning and sales narrative.
- GTM Orchestration
- Define, lead, and execute go-to-market strategies (product launches, new features, new offerings).
- Collaborate with Marketing teams on launch campaigns and product messaging.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to support sales performance (upsell campaigns, expansion, sales plays).
- Content & Assets
- Produce key product marketing assets: product pages, newsletters, launch kits, customer success stories, competitive benchmarks, webinar content, and internal training materials.
- Manage product-related customer communications (e.g., emailing / in-app messages via Intercom).
- Coordinate with Marketing teams on activations, content, and campaigns.
Profil recherché
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B tech Product Marketing
- Or more than 5 years of experience in the industrial sector with a strong affinity for tech products/AI and marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of Product Marketing fundamentals:
- messaging & storytelling

- market and competitive analysis
- sales enablement
- Strong interest in the industrial sector; knowledge of lean management practices is a plus.
- Comfortable in dynamic, cross-functional, and collaborative environments.
- Appetite for data and performance indicators.
- Structured mindset, sense of impact, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Native French, Fluent English, German appreciated.

- In-depth interview — 45 min (video call) With Marine, Head of Product Marketing 👉 A deeper dive into your experience, methodologies, and day-to-day way of working.
- Product interview — 45 min (video call) With Adhémar, Product Lead 👉 A discussion to understand your interest in product topics and your experience orchestrating GTM (go-to-market) efforts with Product Managers.
- Business case — 1 to 1.5 hours (on-site) 👉 An opportunity to present your thinking on a concrete case: your strategic approach, how you structure your narrative, your ability to plan launches, and your vision of the PMM role.
- Co-Founder interviews (François & Octave) — 30 min 👉 A conversation about vision, ambition, and long-term impact.
