in full acceleration — and we need our 100+ commercial teams to be as sharp on our product value
as we are on our growth targets.

The Challenge
Our Product Marketing team is active, our roadmap is ambitious, and our features are genuinely
differentiated. Yet our 100+ Sales teams don’t consistently know how to pitch them. They struggle
to answer who exactly is an SMM, what keeps them up at night, which verticals we focus on, which
use cases we solve better than anyone, and how our solution drives real commercial impact.
This is the problem you will own and solve.
Your Mission
You will be the human bridge between Marketing, Product and Sales. A very senior, credible
operator who does two things equally well: incarnate our product and innovation story to Sales
teams and bring the Sales perspective back into how we build and communicate our
marketing materials.
You are not a content producer. You are a translator, an evangelist, a sales trainer and a builder of
commercial understanding.
You will work directly with the Head of Product Marketing, CMO, CPO, Sales leadership, Sales
technic Enablement, and the Executive Committee.

What You Will Own
Evangelize product & innovation to Sales
• Be the visible, credible face of Product Marketing internally — the person Sales turns to
when they want to understand what we’ve built and why it matters
• Animate Sales briefings, feature launches, and product sessions with energy and clarity
• Turn complex product topics into stories that make salespeople want to pitch
Be the voice of Sales for Marketing
• Systematically collect to help Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) understand what
resonates and what needs refinement
• Provide PMMs & Content team with real-world commercial insights marketing materials based
on real commercial experience
• Provide Sales perspective to PMM, during material development, not after — playbook,
brief, campaign to increase sales usage.
Build the enablement system
• Define and document the ICP, verticals, pain points and use cases in a form Sales can use
daily
• Create a durable Sales Enablement Kit on iBanFirst value proposition: SMM guide, vertical
playbooks, use case sheets, feature talk tracks
• Install a simple, recurring Sales communication rhythm that ensures PMM insights reach the
field
Drive executive visibility
• Deliver a monthly PMM digest directly to the CEO to showcase product promotion
initiatives
• Be the credible internal voice that connects product launches to business outcomes

What Success Looks Like
Your single north star: at the end of this mission, every salesperson at iBanFirst should
confidently answer:
• Who is an SMM, and who is our ICP?
• What are their core pain points and triggers?• Which verticals do we focus on, and why?
• Which use cases does iBanFirst solve uniquely well?
• How does our solution translate into value at the deal level?

Your Profile
Must-have
• 10+ years in B2B SaaS or Fintech, with direct Sales Enablement or GTM experience
• Have owned a Product Marketing or commercial enablement function at a scale-up
• Outstanding communicator — you hold a room of 30 salespeople and present to a CEO in
the same week, with the same confidence
• You’ve been the person that sales calls when they want to understand a product, and the
person Marketing listen to, when they want to know if something will land in the field
• Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
• Available 2.5 days/week from May 2026
Strong plus
• Background in payments, FX, treasury or B2B financial services
• Experience in multi-country sales organizations
• Has built ICP frameworks and vertical segmentation from scratch
